2010 Annual Assembly
The Michigan Grand York Rite 2009 Session Committee extends to each of you a most cordial invitation to attend the unified Grand York Rite Sessions, of the Grand Chapter R.A.M. of Michigan, the Grand Council R.&S.M. of Michigan, and the Grand Commandery K.T. of Michigan, to be held in Bay City, MI on August 18 th -21 st, 2010 The Annual meetings will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Bay City- Waterfront, One Wenonah Park Place, Bay City, MI 48708 . Every effort has been made to assure that you will enjoy the experience of the Michigan Grand York Rite Annual Sessions. First the Annual Convocation of the Grand Chapter R.A.M. of Michigan will commence on Wednesday August 18, 2010, After Installation, the Order of High Priesthood will be conferred, followed by an informal dinner night. No coat or ties required for the “It’s Five O’clock Somewhere” Buffet Dinner. Wear clothes appropriate for a beach cocktail hour & dinner. On Thursday, August 19, 2010, the Grand Council R. &S.M. of Michigan will hold its Annual Assembly and the Order of the Silver Trowel. The ladies will enjoy a boat cruise and luncheon on the Saginaw River at noon. That evening, following a Social Hour, the Grand Banquet will be hosted by the Grand Chapter.
