MICHIGAN GRAND YORK RITE 2017 SESSION COMMITTEE

Dear Companions and Sir Knights;
The Michigan Grand York Rite 2017 Session Committee extends to each of you a most cordial invitation to attend the unified Grand York Rite Sessions, of the Grand Chapter R.A.M. of Michigan, the Grand Council R.&S.M. of Michigan, and the Grand Commandery K.T. of Michigan, to be held in Grand Rapids, MI on August 9th – 12th, 2017.
The Annual meetings will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 5700 E. 28th. Street, SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. The Single and Double room rate will be $96.00 a night plus tax. For reservations contact the hotel at 616-957-1770 and be sure to tell them that you are with the York Rite Masons of Michigan to get the group rate. Reservations must be made by July 25, 2017.
First, the Annual Convocation of the Grand Chapter R.A.M. of Michigan will commence on Thursday, August 10, 2017. After the Installation, the Order of High Priesthood will be conferred, followed by an informal dinner night.
On Friday, August 11, 2017, the Grand Council R. &S.M. of Michigan will hold its Annual Assembly and Installation of Officers followed by the Order of the Silver Trowel. That evening, following a Social Hour, the Grand Banquet will be hosted by the Grand Chapter.
The Grand Commandery K. T. of Michigan will hold their Annual Conclave on Saturday, August 12, 2017. This will be the first year of the one day Grand Commandery format. Following the Installation of Officers there will be a Pass and Review and Drills. Following the drills, the Annual meeting of the Past Commanders Association will take place. That evening there will be a Divine Service followed by the Round Table Dinner.

Don’t miss these events! This is your York Rite Session. We suggest you arrive early and stay late.
